Relational Skills 2 covers the topics of Conflict Management, Teamwork, and Inspirational Leadership.
Each Self-Paced course in the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence suite of courses is broken up into three important segments:
Courses. These are Foundational Skills 1, Foundational Skills 2, Relational Skills 1 and Relational Skills 2.
Modules. Each module represents one of 12 skills in the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Courses model of emotional intelligence.
Lessons. Each module contains five lessons. Each lesson should take you 10-15 minutes to complete, though you may be asked to space them out over the course of a day.
