Daniel Goleman EI+ (Continuing Education)

The whole course as a package was of very high value for me. As I was already familiar with many bits of the knowledge about EI, understanding all of them in a systematic way, looking at the skills as a package of interrelated capacities made me more aware of what I was doing on a superficial level in the past (and why the results were moderate). My understanding now is deeper.

I lead a busy life. I spend a lot of time ‘doing.’ This course has given me the space to reflect on ‘being’ and how I want to live in the world. I have also been given great practices which calm the mind and help me be sure that when I show up, all of me is showing up.

Absolutely recommend both foundational and relational skills competency online course. Also Becoming a certified coach through DGEIC model, changed not only my coaching practice but also my working and personal relationships as well.

The Goleman online curriculum is content rich and deeply informative, yet easy to digest. I’ve found what I needed to not only facilitate my personal growth, but also apply these foundational humanistic insights to developing strategic frameworks that have helped our clients find much greater success in their implementations. I emerged from the program a more empathic and resilient being—and I genuinely wish that more people in mainstream roles could have exposure to this material. It will help tremendously with cultivating maturity in thought, values, and leadership.

Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence Course transformed me and my relationship with people around me. Just as I completed the entire course we, as the entire world, went into the lockdown due to the unprecedented Coronavirus epidemic. The Daniel Goleman EI Course came at the perfect time for me. I was navigating a career change after 20 years with the same company. The self-awareness activities made me realize that even though I was excited to be starting my dream job, all endings come with loss and challenging emotions. I was getting in my own way and not making a very smooth transition. Through the coursework and resources, I worked through the emotions I was experiencing and realigned myself to my core values.
