Relational Skills 2 covers the topics of Conflict Management, Teamwork, and Inspirational Leadership. The approximate time to complete this course is 10 hours.
Each Self-Paced course in the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence suite of courses is broken up into three important segments:
Courses. These are Foundational Skills 1, Foundational Skills 2, Relational Skills 1 and Relational Skills 2. Each course should take approximately 10 hours to complete.
Modules. Each module represents one of 12 skills in the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Courses model of emotional intelligence. Each module should take you approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes to complete.
Lessons. Each module contains five lessons. Each lessons should take you 15-20 minutes to complete, though you may be asked to space them out over the course of a day.
